BOQ means Bill of Quantities.
It is a big list of all work to be done in the project.
Example:
How much cement needed?
How many tiles needed?
How many doors needed?
It also tells:
How much work
How much money
Who will do the work
? BOQ is like a shopping list for the full building.
If BOQ is wrong → project money gets wrong.
