Purpose:
To guide users through the process of raising, submitting, and tracking an Inspection on livSYT.

Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Start a New Inspection
- On the Home Page, click Inspections.
- Click Raise Inspection on the top-right corner.

2. Fill in Basic Details
- Enter the Inspection Name.
- Select the precreated Checklist.
- Choose the Approval Type:
i) Approval Flow – Select a pre-created Inspection flow.
ii) Direct User – Choose a user to approve the Inspection.
iii) Self Approval – For self-approved Inspections.
- Choose the Approvers:
- Enter the Scheduled & Due Date.
- Associate with an Activity (Non-Mandatory)
- Locate the Inspection on Master Gantt manually (Non-Mandatory)
- Click Next.

3. Complete the Checklist
- Fill in the checklist and click Save.
- Attach any image/document, and add a comment if needed.
- All the checks have to be marked done to raise the inspection
- Click on Next

4. Preview & Raise Inspection
- Click Raise Inspection to submit.
- Sign to complete raising an inspection

5. Review and Approval
- The raised Inspection will appear under the Open tab (If the Inspection is pending with Approver)
- The raised Inspection will appear under Raised tab (If the Inspection is pending with Lead Approver or Lead Requester)
- Select the Inspection to view its details.

- The Approver can review the same form, raise Defects (by clicking on other actions), and view timelines under the History Log section (with date and time stamps).
- Based on quality verification, the Approver can Approve, Reject, or Resubmit the Inspection.

6. After Approval
- Once approved, the Inspection moves to the Closed section.
Tips and Practices:
- Always check the sections in checklists carefully before approving to make sure the work matches site quality.
- If something looks incomplete or wrong, use the Raise Defect option instead of rejecting the whole Inspection.
- Check the History Log section to see when and by whom the Inspection was created or updated.
- Add clear comments when rejecting or resubmitting an Inspection, so the team knows what to fix.
- Approve the Inspection only when you are fully satisfied with the inspection and supporting attachments.
